Comptence Building Workshops
Diversity Competence for Decision Makers clarifies diversity topics, presents an applicable model and creates a foundation for including diversity competence into strategic planning and other organizational initiatives. For 6 - 24 participants Length 3, 6 hours or 9 hours (1 1/2 days).
Diversity Competence for Diversity Teams is a"train the trainer" session that interactive and lecture. For 6 - 30 participants. Length 3, 6 hours or 12 hours (2 days).
Cultural Competence- A Model for Individuals begins where many other presentations end by sharing a practical, easy to understand, easy to implement model. For 12+ participants, length 1 1/2 or 3 hours.
