We've been working in the field of cultural competence and diversity for years, it's not just our vocation - it's our passion!

Our founder Heather Biggers, brings together the best in people and strategies to make cultural competence and diversity work!

Ms. Biggers is founder of CATALYST a culturally appropriate mission relationship that maximizes educational opportunities for young people from Kingston, Jamaica's toughest neighborhoods ( do an Internet search on garrison communities!) She is also the executive director of Strategies for Community Success which is replicating the CATALYST model in Columbus.
